  • Halting Snatch Deadlift (knee) – 70%x3x3
  • Back Squat – 70%x4x3

Emom 20 minutes

  • Odd minute: 3 TnG power clean push press 75% 1-RM press
  • even minute: 50 m Sled push AHAP

Amrap 10 minutes

  • 500 m run
  • 50 pull up
